NBA’s mission is “to celebrate and honor books that support conscious living and green values, wellness, social change and social justice, and spiritual growth. Past winners include an illustrious selection of leaders, writers, activists, and artists including Thich Nhat Hahn, Eckhart Tolle, Toni Morrison, Louis Erdrich, Desmond Tutu, Barbara Kingsolver, Deepak Chopra, Joan Baez, his Holiness the Dalai Lama and many others whose ongoing contributions I so admire!

I hope this means that more folks will find this book and through it learn ways to improve their health and health outcomes.
